 Unlike the previous poster I WOULD consider this very BlackHat in regards to Googles’ TOS. But, it seems the measures in place to “protect” the traffic sources outlined in the ebook would not make it that easy for Google to detect this.

 Not for the feint-of-heart, and I would be prepared to lose an account or two if you follow this route.
